On submitting query, you will be prompted to ‘open’ or ‘save’. It is advised to ‘save’ the file to your local computer. You can then import this file into your preferred application, or open it direct and follow instructions on screen. If Excel is your preferred application, then select this from the option list. Alternatively, use the ‘Get External Data’ option under the ‘Data’ Menu’.
